The Service Patrol is responsible for the opening and closing flag ceremony, including setting up the flags at the beginning, and putting away the flags at the end.
They can also help with setting up and putting away tables, chairs and other items needed during the meeting.
They should arrive 5 minutes early and expect to stay 5 minutes late.
The Service Patrol leader still needs to attend the Green Bar meeting at the end, so other patrol members will be cleaning up led by the assistant or another scout.
